We recognize that unexpected situations may arise, and our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while encouraging consistent use of our services. 1. Membership Refunds We offer a 100% refund for new memberships if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of purchase and the member has not used the gym facilities during that period. If the gym has been used, a partial refund will be issued based on usage and any applicable administrative fees. 2. Monthly and Recurring Plans Monthly membership plans are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. To avoid future charges, cancellations must be submitted at least 3 days before the next billing date. No retroactive refunds are given for unused time. 3. Annual and Prepaid Memberships Annual or prepaid plans can be canceled for a prorated refund only under certain conditions, such as relocation beyond 30 miles, long-term illness, or injury (with documentation). The cancellation must be requested at least 10 days in advance, and a 10% processing fee may apply. 4. Personal Training and Classes Cancellations for personal training sessions or fitness classes must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or reschedule. Sessions cancelled within less than 24 hours are non-refundable and will be marked as used. 5. Facility Downtime or Closures In the event of temporary gym closures (due to maintenance, weather, or emergencies) lasting more than 3 consecutive days, members may be eligible for membership extensions or partial credits. Refunds will be considered only if no reasonable alternative is provided. 6. Merchandise and Supplements Unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt for a full refund. Opened or used items are not eligible unless proven defective. 7. Refund Processing All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original method of payment.
